1. Basic conditions for return and exchange
Time requirements:
You can apply for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the logistics receipt time).
Product status:
The product must be new, unused, undamaged, with labels and packaging intact (including original dust bag/box).
Gifts (if any) sent back with the goods must be returned together with the goods.
Not applicable:
For returns or exchanges due to personal preference (such as color, size, etc.) not related to quality issues, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service:
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, reason for return and product photos.
We will reply within 48 hours to confirm whether the return or exchange conditions are met.
Returning Items:
After receiving the confirmation, please send the goods to the designated address (customer service will inform you by email).
It is recommended to use a traceable logistics method and keep the waybill number.
Refund/Exchange:
Refund: After acceptance, the payment will be returned via the original route within 7 working days (excluding shipping costs).
Exchange: We will send out a new item within 5-7 working days after receiving the return (refund can be negotiated if out of stock).
3. Freight Explanation
Quality issues: We bear the return shipping costs (receipt required).
Non-quality issues: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
4. Special Tips
Returns and exchanges of international orders may incur customs duties, please consult your local customs in advance.
